Open App Manager in Setup 

Click the down arrow next to the app where you would like to add the Time Log Component 

Click Edit 

Select “Utility Items (Desktop Only)” in the panel on the left 

Click “Add Utility Item” 

Select “Time Log” 

Set the Panel Width to be 450 and the Panel Height to be 600  

Click Save
